  1. Question on the pitt-bull ordinance, Does the homeowner or owners of these dogs, exactly pay the higher rate insurance? Or are they not fully insured? I own a two family home and would not be covered if my tenants owned a pitt-bull or dangerous dog. Are the landlords aware of this and do not care? Some homeowners and or dog owners are very responsible, but others ….. The city needs an ordinance of some sort.
