It’s time for the people of Lowell to stand up and scream out that they want more police officers . I had thought we were only down about 20 – 30 from our all-time high – but recent posters have indicate that we are down more and that we are well below the recommended number for a city our size. I know Lynch is trying to hold the line of the budget – but there are times when a tax increase is necessary. There are other things that can be done as well. Put your heads together Centralville and offer some solutions.
