God Bless Walter Bayliss !
This is the thanks he gets after decades of service to his community and neighbors?
It is high time for a city manager of the City of lowell, from the City of Lowell and who lives with the consequences of his own actions…
Like Walter does every day.

Mr. Wirtanen very hard to take your commments seriously, every one in the city knows you have an ax to grind against this city manager eversince you were legally stripped of your health benifits some years back, any chance you get you slam him you do, so fire away…..
Mr.Wirtanen….You are so right….Mr.Bayliss gave so much of his services to the city of Lowell….and look what mr Manger is doing hurting his name…..Mr. Bayliss will win…….
It did not start that way, Mike… just ask him and see if h can explain it to you. he day I met him, I warmly welcomed him.
Just ask him.
