City Manager Lynch celebrated 6 years on the job this past Wednesday August 1st. Only 4 other City Managers have served longer.
The Manager has decided that it was a good time to get together with the local “Media” and have a LIVE roundtable discussion on what he and his administration has accomplished in the past six years and where he thinks the city is headed.
We will look back at his goals when he began six years ago and review both the hi’s and low’s of the past six years.
The “media” consist of representatives from the Sun – Chris Scott, WCAP – Ted Panos, Globe North Reporter (?) and various city bloggers, Dick, Mimi, Cliff, Jack and myself.
The show will be broadcast LIVE from LTC from 6:30 p.m – 8:00 p.m I believe on Ch.99 so please tune in and listen to the Manager reflect on the past and look forward to the future.

Manager Lynch has served 71 months (will be 72 at the end of August). Those who have served longer are:
— John Cox (72 months)
— Joe Tully (90 months)
— Former Sun City Hall reporter Frank Barrett (97 months)
– And the city’s first City Manager, my great-great uncle John J. Flannery (107 months)
My bad….the current manager is at 72 months….about 2 weeks from surpassing J.C. haven’t had my coffee yet…
