Hat’s off to Lowell Mayor Patrick Murphy who according to Ted Panos on WCAP will be replacing his current Aide Greg Paige with Jen Myers (now formerly of the Lowell Sun).
According to Greg Page, Jen will start next week and Greg being the all around nice guy and professional that he is will also stay around another week to assist in the transfer.
A great scoop for WCAP and a better pick up for the Mayor has he replaces one great aide with another!
And by “Greg being the all around nice guy,” you mean he will be helping out in the transfer, unpaid, on a volunteer basis.
What’s happening on facebook is amazing. So many well wishes for Jen. There is also a sort of congratulation/lamentation by her co-workers. She was a leader in that newsroom.
